About the Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and overseeing the production of electrical systems and components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for manufacturing.
• Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Perform detailed electrical engineering analysis, including calculations, simulations, and testing.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for electrical system issues.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to meet project requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend materials, components, and systems for cost-effectiveness and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong expertise in electrical design, circuit analysis, and system integration.
• Solid knowledge of industry standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and quality systems.
• Proficient in electrical design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, EPLAN).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
