We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in on-grid solar projects of 50 kW and above (preferably >100 kW) to lead the technical and execution aspects of *Industrial & Commercial (I&C)* solar projects

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support to Sales:

Assist the Business Development Manager during client meetings by providing technical inputs and feasibility analysis.

Conduct site assessments and electrical load analysis for I&C clients.

Prepare and review single-line diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and technical proposals.

Project Execution Leadership:

Lead the installation and commissioning of large-scale on-grid solar projects (50 kW – 500 kW+).

Coordinate with vendors, electricians, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with Inspectorate, DISCOM, and safety standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

Oversee preparation of electrical drawings, BOMs, and DPRs.

Manage project timelines, quality control, and cost tracking.

Handle documentation for Net Metering and project approvals.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

3+ years of experience in executing on-grid solar rooftop or ground-mounted projects (≥50 kW; preference to those with 100 kW+ experience).

Strong understanding of solar electrical systems, inverters, and protection systems.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools.

Ability to manage field teams and ensure timely project completion.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
