Job Description：

1. Responsible for electrical component selection, schematic design, and BOM preparation.
2. Develop PLC/HMI control programs and perform equipment commissioning.
3. Conduct electrical testing and prepare relevant test reports.
4. Follow up on project implementation, conduct risk assessments, and prepare contingency plans.
5. Design electrical solutions and manage technical documentation (editing, organizing, archiving).
6. Collaborate actively with department tasks and cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of experience in Beckhoff motion control development.
2. Experience with Beckhoff I/O modules and EAP is a plus.
3. Strong work ethic, team spirit, and willingness to travel when needed.
4. Proficient with electrical instruments such as multimeters and signal generators.
5. Skilled in EPLAN; capable of independently designing electrical schematics and generating BOMs.
6. Familiar with Beckhoff CX5210/CX5240 and IPC hardware.
7. Clean programming style; capable of independently developing PLC/HMI programs using TwinCAT 3.
8. Familiar with industrial communication protocols: TCP/IP, EAP, MODBUS_TCP, RS485 MODBUS_RTU.
9. Solid understanding of servo and stepper motor control, and EtherCAT-based motion control.
10. Experience in automation systems for the 3C industry, including automated testing, host-slave system integration, and production line automation, is a strong plus.
