Position : Senior Design Engineer - Electrical

Experience : 15-20 Years

Location : Pune

Qualification : BE/Tech- Electrical

Project Domain : Robotics, Automotive, Automation, Machine Design.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Exposure to manufacturing industry
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on person
• Experience in VFD, Robotics, Vision System, Motion Control, Sensors, P&ID, Electrical CAD drawings .
• Experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer with 15 years of expertise in Electrical/ Instrumentation/Control design of different manufacturing machines, including control panels, wiring, sensors, actuators, and motor drives.
• Hands-on experience in estimation, quick sketches, and component selection
• Leading the team
• Project Management
• Knowledge of safety standards, including IEC, NFPA, and UL
• Field Equipment installation, commissioning
• EPLAN / AutoCAD Electrical
• Extensive experience in Electrical machine design and automation with robotics, AGV, gantry, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, structural, vision system, mechatronics, Electro-mechanical design, Tooling & fixture design experience.
• Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts, collecting data to evaluate design feasibility
• Extensive experience in design load calculations, simulation, project management tools, Excel is required.
• Experience in automotive, packaging, consumer products industry.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, materials science, and industry-specific standards.
