Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and supervise subcontractors to ensure project completion on-site.
• Coordinate site activities, assist with procurement, and manage material drawing submissions.
• Prepare technical feasibility studies, design reports, conceptual design drawings, life-cycle studies, and presentation materials.
• Manage projects, attend meetings, and supervise site work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects, with solid experience in Electrical/ELV, preferably from an E&M client or contracting company.
• Ability to manage the design of Building Services Engineering, coordinate, supervise, and work independently.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Competency in MS Office, MS Project Applications, and AutoCAD.
• Previous job experience in hotel and casino projects is an advantage.
• Available to start immediately.
