This is a fully remote role (India) with flexible hours with global Health insurance giant.

What you’ll do:

·     Provides analysis, support and guidance to both internal and external clients on electronic data transfers pertaining to inbound claims processing and outbound encounter submissions, health care Eligibility.

·     Conducts data analysis, needs assessment, and cost/benefit determination to align EDI strategies with the goals of the organization

·     Collaborates with business partners to identify and translate business requirements into functional systems requirements

Minimum qualifications:

·     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant information technology training from an accredited institution

·     Advanced knowledge of data interpretation and data analysis tools

·     Knowledge of health plan operations around membership, claims, and encounter data processing

·     6+ years of experience with HIPAA transaction standards and encounter data landscape, specifically 834 (Eligibility), 837P, 837I, 837D, 277,999, and TA1

·     EDIFECS mapping and testing experience.

·     Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL
