Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Marketplace Sales & Listings Manager to oversee and optimize our product listings, sales performance, and competitive positioning across multiple online platforms. This role will begin remotely and transition to our upcoming Cairo office once it is operational.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, BackMarket, Refurbed, and other key platforms.
• Ensure our products win the Buy Box through strategic pricing and listing quality.
• Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to inform pricing and positioning.
• Create and manage SKUs and listings; ensure consistency across platforms.
• Operate and troubleshoot listing processes using channel manager tools like ChannelEngine, Linnworks, or similar.
• Set up and manage repricing tools (e.g. Repricer.com, Multiply) to maintain competitive pricing.
• Generate performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with internal teams to align stock availability, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Solve listing errors and manage communication with marketplace support.
• Assist in developing internal systems or automations where needed (bonus for full stack knowledge).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing sales and listings on Amazon, Noon, BackMarket, Refurbed, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with channel manager and repricing tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Bonus: Basic or advanced understanding of full stack development.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Required Office Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, creating spreadsheets, and using formulas to streamline operations and decision-making processes.
• Comfortable with data manipulation and presentation, capable of converting raw data into actionable insights.
