✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Define project vision, scope, activities, and key deliverables from the outset.
• Serve as the primary client contact—understanding goals, managing expectations, and identifying potential risks or scope changes.
• Lead the end-to-end management of multiple complex projects across disciplines such as graphic design, multimedia, editorial, and instructional design.
• Apply strong project management principles to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project finances, providing regular updates and ensuring profitability across accounts.
• Anticipate challenges, proactively manage risks, and adjust strategies when needed.
• Collaborate with internal leadership on process improvement and business development initiatives.

🔍 What You Bring

• Proven success in delivering digital projects to tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• At least 5 years’ experience in project management, in an e-learning environment.
• Experience leading remote, multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills with a focus on project profitability.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to turn complexity into clarity.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
