What We’re Looking For:

• 6–7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365/CRM and the Microsoft stack (.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript).
• Power Platform experience (preferred).
• Client-facing skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Experience in managed services or application support environments.
• ITIL Foundation qualification (preferred) and strong understanding of service management and SLAs.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and a commitment to quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft and customize innovative Dynamics 365 applications to meet unique business needs.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other platforms using .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft’s Power Platform.
• Provide expert support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system performance.
• Guide clients through upgrades, migrations, and best practices for maximum business value.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions.
