We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality D365 F&O solutions tailored to our clients' unique business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design, development, customization, and integration of D365 F&O solutions to meet client needs.

Participate in requirement gathering, solution architecture, and technical documentation in collaboration with business analysts and functional consultants.

Design and implement data migration, reporting, and system integration solutions using X++, Azure services, and other Microsoft technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, data integrity, or integrations.

Provide guidance on best practices for development, customization, deployment, and system maintenance.

Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.

Mentor and review the work of junior developers and technical consultants.

Participate in pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solution demos, and effort estimation.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).

Proven experience in X++ development, extensions, customizations, and integrations.

Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, development life cycle, and deployment process.

Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and Azure Logic Apps.

Proficient in data migration tools (Data Entities, DMF), SSRS reporting, and integration patterns (REST, OData, custom services).

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance + Operations Apps Developer Associate (or similar).

Experience with ISV solutions and third-party integrations.

Familiarity with dual-write, CDS, and Power Apps integrations.

Consulting background with experience in multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.

Experience working across global delivery teams.
