What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Teams, and Azure
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions
• Extend and customize Microsoft 365 services using SPFx, Graph API, and modern development frameworks
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with other enterprise applications and third-party systems
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, governance, and compliance
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience developing solutions in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams

✅ Strong proficiency in SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API

✅ Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with external systems via APIs and web services

✅ Knowledge of Azure services related to Microsoft 365 (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)

✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments

✅ Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400, AZ-204)
• Experience with DevOps pipelines for Microsoft 365 development
• Exposure to security and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments
