Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer


Summary: As a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex CRM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and mentor junior team members.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and development of complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Architect and implement integrations with other systems.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Mentor and train junior developers.
  • Participate in project planning and management.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex CRM solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
