What You'll Be Doing

• Project management on commercial drywall & acoustical ceiling projects
• Managing pricing, submittals, material procurement & scheduling of awarded projects
• Responsible for the overall success of a construction project
• Provide exceptional client service
• Provide management of project budget, schedule & quality
• Oversee contractual requirements & documentation
  
  

What You Need

• 3+ years Estimating & Project Management experience
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, etc.
• Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall & acoustical systems
• Experience with projects $1M+
• Excellent math & organizational skills
• Great leadership & communication skills
