Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Drafter at Architect Neha Deva. The role is hybrid, located in Mumbai with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, reviewing designs, and drafting technical plans. The role includes ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, as well as making necessary adjustments to plans as project requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural drafting and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD )
• Strong knowledge of regulations, and standards
• Excellent design, technical planning, and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the architecture or construction industry is preferred
