Job Summary Barings requires a Head of IT Service Delivery to work in Global Technology Infrastructure and Operations division to drive forward the delivery of infrastructure and operations services, ensure alignment with stakeholder and business expectations, leading operational models across infrastructure, IT Service Management, work intake processes, permit to design, build, and operate processes and infrastructure delivery management. This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive the Infrastructure and Operations organization towards service excellence. Primary Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: * Service Management * Develop and document service strategies and operational plans. * Ensure services are delivered effectively and within budget constraints. * Monitor and evaluate service delivery against goals and KPIs. * Lead infrastructure operational models including work intake processes * Compliance, Quality & Risk: * Implement continuous improvement activities. * Ensure compliance with quality and risk management standards. * Respond to feedback and complaints to enhance service quality. * Continuously work to improve end user experience * Leadership and Team Management: * Lead service delivery, technical solutions and infrastructure delivery teams * Oversee recruitment, orientation, and professional development. * Foster a high-performing team culture. * Stakeholder Engagement: * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Prepare and present reports on service delivery and operations. * Technical Leadership * Lead Permit to Design, Build and Operate processes and teammates * Oversee Infrastructure and operations initiatives * Lead work intake processes * Lead infrastructure operational models Qualifications * Experience: 8+ years of experience in leading large teams and managing other managers. * Skills: Strong problem-solving, IT delivery management, and change management skills. * Communication: Excellent interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills. * Knowledge: Understanding of service delivery trends, quality, and risk management * High level technical understanding of Azure, End User Computing, Service Management and tools (ServiceNow) and Network and Security required. * Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, ITSM frameworks * Experience in working in a Financial Services organization highly beneficial. #LI-JS1 Barings is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer; Minority/Female/Age/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.
