We're seeking a Senior Director of Digital Transformation to drive the modernization of LogicMonitor's internal technology landscape. This leader will work cross-functionally to deliver impactful, scalable digital initiatives-leveraging AI, automation, and data strategy to improve how our teams work and how we serve our customers. Here's a closer look at this key role: * Strategic Execution & Innovation * Support the development and execution of LogicMonitor's digital transformation roadmap, focusing on AI, automation, and process optimization. * Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver initiatives that improve operational efficiency, employee enablement, and customer experience. * Serve as a key voice in identifying opportunities where emerging technologies can unlock value for internal teams and stakeholders. * Help drive business process improvement and digital maturity initiatives across departments. * Enterprise Applications, Data & Enablement * Oversee LogicMonitor's core business application ecosystem (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) and lead optimization efforts to align systems with evolving business needs. * Partner across functions to ensure platforms are integrated, intuitive, and support real-time, data-driven decision-making. * Strengthen business intelligence and analytics capabilities by improving data access, governance, and visualization across the company. * Support the development of a data strategy that enables scale, insight, and innovation. * AI & Automation * Lead the evaluation and rollout of AI tools that support team productivity and operational efficiency across internal functions. * Drive digital enablement in key service areas such as Professional Services, ensuring teams are equipped with intelligent tools and scalable workflows. * Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure AI and data use align with privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards. * Leadership & Collaboration * Build and lead a high-performing team focused on enterprise applications, data analytics, and digital enablement. * Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user-centric design thinking. * Act as a cross-functional leader and change agent to drive adoption and long-term value of new digital capabilities. What You'll Need: *
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or master's preferred) * 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, or business systems (with increasing leadership responsibility) * Proven track record leading technology-driven initiatives that enhanced business outcomes * Experience with major platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and data tools; comfortable working across IT, Ops, and GTM functions * Strong understanding of business process optimization, automation, and enterprise scalability * Familiarity with customer-facing team enablement (e.g., PS, CX) through digital tools and insights * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills Residents of California, click Here to view our California Applicant Privacy Notice.
