Key Responsibilities: Senior Director, Business Operations

• The Senior Director, Business Operations, will oversee all finance/accounting and funding for the organization
• Present financials to the Board
• Collaborate with state agencies, including: Department of Children and Families, Department of Developmental Services, Department of Public Health, and more
• Mentor and develop the leadership team (CFO, Dir of Ops, Budget Director)
