What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Collaborate: As a Senior Digital Strategist, you’ll lead a team of digital strategists, guiding them to successfully execute campaign strategies. You’ll be responsible for reviewing team strategies, answering questions, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment on campaign goals.
  • Campaign Strategy: Lead the development of cross-channel digital advertising strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch, optimize, and manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including paid social, search, and programmatic channels.
  • Optimization & Reporting: Partner with the digital strategy team to identify KPIs, implement optimization strategies, and track campaign performance.
  • Media Planning: Work closely with online publishers to curate custom media plans and recommend inventory based on client needs.
  • Budget Management & Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, manage media budgets, and report key metrics to internal teams and clients.
  • Creative Support: Occasionally assist with creating compelling ad copy, landing page content, and other advertising creatives.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital paid media, including social, search, and programmatic advertising.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in politics, government, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital campaign strategies.
  • Experience working in political campaigns or government affairs (required).
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platforms (required).
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and X (formerly Twitter) (required).
  • Experience with WinRed and Anedote platforms (required).
  • Ability to translate complex data from multiple ad platforms into clear, actionable insights and client-facing reports.
  • Positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet campaign deadlines.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow, with the ability to make constructive recommendations to both clients and team members.



Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
