Senior Digital Project Manager - Insurance

About the Role:

We are collaborating with a leading insurance firm seeking a motivated Digital Project Manager, (Initial 1-year contract) to join their expanding Digital Transformation team. You’ll kick start and manage the Partnership Distribution Initiatives whilst also taking business requirements. Basic salary will be between 65-85k depending on experience and please read the following:

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between different project teams, including product owners, managers and vendors
• Driving partnership distribution initiatives forward to meet business requirements
• Provide key stakeholders management support on all new business activity
• Manage project execution by developing and maintaining plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as identifying and mitigating risks
• Create and update project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Experience Required:

• Current or very recent experience working as a Project Manager/ Business Analyst (min 8 years) for a large insurance company
• Having Partnership Distribution experience will be a plus.
• Experience working between IT and Business to drive new digital initiatives
• Previous experience of driving digital projects with GenAi initiatives
• Cantonese and English is essential, Mandarin is a plus.
