We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of Yallo’s digital sales strategy across our full product portfolio: mobile, internet, and TV. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving online sales through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, while building strong partnerships with affiliates and managing agency relationships to deliver exceptional performance.
Your Challenge
- Lead the full spectrum of digital performance campaigns (SEA, Paid Social, Display, and emerging channels), from strategy to hands-on execution and optimization
- Own online sales activities for Yallo, ensuring growth across all digital touchpoints
- Build, nurture, and expand affiliate partnerships to maximize performance and reach
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business objectives
- Supervise the operational execution of digital campaigns, continuously testing and optimizing channels, creatives, and conversion initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and IT teams to drive conversion improvements and push our digital products
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and bring innovative ideas to scale our business
Your Skills
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on performance marketing
- Proven experience managing affiliate networks and building high-impact agency partnerships
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent skills in performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience across various digital channels with a testing mindset and appetite for experimentation
- Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
