Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Myanmar market.
• Oversee social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content planning in line with brand identity.
• Ensure all content is thoroughly proofread and error-free before publishing.
• Manage online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and optimize for performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and influencers for content creation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
• Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to drive e-commerce and in-store campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform digital strategy.
• Stay updated with digital trends and tools, especially in the beauty and personal care category.
• Lead and mentor junior digital staff where applicable.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods sector.
• Experience in digital campaign planning, performance marketing, and content management.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a good eye for visual branding.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in Burmese and English.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
• Team player with leadership capability.
