ViuTV is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Ad Operations Executive to lead our digital ad operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic execution, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager (GAM). This role requires a strong background in ad operations, programmatic advertising, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, execution, and management of digital advertising campaigns in Google Ad Manager.
• Oversee the performance of ad campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal ad serving.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm ads are served correctly and meet specifications.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to optimize campaigns and implement new monetization strategies.
• Generate and analyze comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and lead a small team of ad operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and ad operations.
• Manage the setup of GAM accounts from scratch, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Be available to work during holidays as needed to support campaign delivery and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Google Ad Manager operations, with a proven track record in managing campaigns. Experience in setting up GAM accounts from scratch is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese (verbal) and English (written).
