We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to play a key role in optimizing and developing infrastructure, automating processes, and implementing best practices for system reliability and security. Join the team that is shaping the future of global communications!

Your tasks

• Design and development of scalable AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure
• CI/CD process automation and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible)
• Implementation of DevSecOps strategies and systems security management
• Implementing tools to monitor and optimize the performance of production environments
• Performing security audits and access management
• Mentoring the team and promoting DevOps best practices
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure optimal application quality and stability
  
  

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of Linux and containerization systems (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in process automation (Ansible, Terraform)
• Advanced knowledge of the cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Ability to build and optimize CI/CD processes
• Experience in monitoring and securing systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, DevSecOps)
• Knowledge of networking, load balancers and VPNs
• Ability to lead projects and mentor the team.
• Openness to a hybrid model of working 2-3 times a week
• Ability to speak and write English to communicate freely
• Residency in Poland required
