Responsible for create/maintain the necessary environments for the product being delivered (virtual and physical) to support all layers, which is done by using services provided by the technology capability areas
Ensures there is a holistic plan for automation of the integration and deployment pipeline, working actively to implement the tools and processes required to make this happen including: 1）automated testing tools are in place and being used 2）environments are virtualised and scripted so they can be built as needed 3）automated pipeline in place move tested code through to deployment 4）pipeline is integrated with the work management tool to quickly identify blockers
Has ownership of tools and methods for continuous integration, leaving feedback to the technology capability areas to enable further development and strengthen of products
Ensuring the automated deployment pipeline becomes a consistent and repeatable processes ultimately allowing for safer and more rapid delivery of tested software
Champions the need for regular release cycles, moving towards continuous delivery
Contributes to the development of standards against which software development can take place as well as exploring and bring in new technologies to boost innovation and development productivity
Work closely together with other DevOps engineers and cross functions to produce all required design specifications and ensure that digital solutions work together and fulfill business needs
Updating the common Group Digital site on standards and methods when necessary to ensure alignment across Group Digital
Support chapter lead in coaching and develop junior team members on functional expertise KEY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES AND PROVEN SKILLS
Proven advanced training in computer science or any engineering equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience as software engineer and/or software architecture 5年以上软件开发或架构经验
