Role Overview:

You’ll join the Platform Engineering Team, tasked with enhancing developer productivity by building tools and infrastructure that reduce cognitive load. This involves self-service platform development, process improvements, and close collaboration with other engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Build and operate internal tools and self-service platforms
• Improve development environments and processes
• Collaborate across teams to identify developer needs
• Contribute to growing infrastructure that supports rapid user/data scale

Requirements (Must):

• 7+ years of hands-on software development
• Experience leading platform engineering initiatives or in a tech lead role
• Proficiency with statically typed languages
• Business-level English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, Datadog, CI/CD, and distributed systems
• Infrastructure-as-Code, Data Engineering, or monitoring systems background
• Experience working in teams with 50+ engineers
• JLPT N2+ preferred but not required

Development Environment:

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Rust, Node.js
• Infra: GCP, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, Datadog
• Tools: GitHub, Slack, Figma, JIRA, Auth0, etc.
