Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Automate system operations using Python or Bash to improve deployment efficiency.
• Manage and scale infrastructure using configuration tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance DevOps workflows.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.
• 5+ years' hands-on scripting with Python or Bash.
• Strong background in using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet in production environments.
• Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
• Fluent in English; business-level Japanese preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration tools.
• Background in agile software development environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Japanese tech setting.
