Requirements * Extensive On-Premise Infrastructure Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting server hardware, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and networking within data center/on-premise environments. * Government & FedRAMP Experience: Proven experience working within or deploying systems into US federal government environments. Strong understanding of FedRAMP controls and requirements, specifically as they apply to on-premise or government-controlled systems. * DevOps Expertise in Regulated Environments: Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer implementing CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and automation within secure and regulated settings. * Linux & Systems Administration: Advanced knowledge of Linux systems administration, hardening, scripting, and troubleshooting in an on-premise context. * Containerization & Orchestration (On-Premise): Experience deploying and managing containerized applications and orchestration tools like Kubernetes within an on-premise environment is highly desirable. * Security Best Practices: Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures, vulnerability management, and secure configuration for on-premise systems within federal requirements. * Documentation Skills: Experience creating detailed technical documentation suitable for federal audits and compliance requirements. * PIV Card: Active PIV card preferred; otherwise, candidates must be eligible and able to complete the PIV card application and issuance process per HSPD-12. * Problem Solving: Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of complex technical issues, and troubleshooting problems in potentially restricted environments.
