We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AWS-based solutions while leveraging expertise in Python, cloud services, and machine learning concepts.

The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python and AWS services.
• Work with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (AWS CDK, CloudFormation) to automate deployments
• Utilize data processing frameworks such as pandas, Spark, and PySpark
• Implement machine learning solutions, including model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild
• Monitor and optimize performance using logging and monitoring tools like Splunk and DataDog.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Strong expertise in Python
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Kinesis, Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB, Glue, and SageMaker.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (AWS CDK, CloudFormation).
• Experience with data processing frameworks (pandas, Spark, PySpark).
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts (model training, registry, deployment, and monitoring).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, CodePipeline, CodeBuild).
• Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools (Splunk, DataDog).
