Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Struts Developer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, particularly with Struts framework, and a strong understanding of web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Java Struts framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization for performance improvement.
• Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Java, Struts Framework, and JSP/Servlets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Hibernate, and Spring Framework.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
