A fast-growing FinTech Web3 company is looking for a Senior Go Developer to help build the next generation of decentralised, high-performance backend systems. You'll be working on a product at the intersection of finance, blockchain, and emerging tech, alongside a passionate team driven by innovation, scalability, and security.

We’re looking for someone who writes clean, production-ready Go code, thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, and is excited about shaping the future of digital finance and decentralised technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.
• Build clean, testable, and efficient code aligned with modern software engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement backend functionality.
• Optimize service performance and reliability.
• Work with version control, documentation, and task tracking tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Confluence).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation.
• Contribute to ongoing architecture and design improvements.
  
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Go (Golang).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Proficiency using Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
• Solid understanding of building and maintaining backend APIs and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience in Fintech or Blockchain projects.
• Exposure to Cryptocurrency, Web3, or NFT platforms.
• Familiarity with Defi ecosystems and principles.
• Experience with Cursor will be advantageous
