Duration: 4 Months

🔍𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

➡️ Application of skills and company policies/procedures

➡️ Wide range of tasks i.e. computer hardware, software, operating system support

➡️ Maintain ticket updates for all work

➡️ Experience of working in a user support environment

➡️ Knowledge and experience of End User Devices and Hardware

➡️ This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned

📌𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✅ 5 years IT experience 🧑‍💻

✅ Level 2/3 technician

✅ Have at A+, Server+. And other OEM server certifications

✅ Must hold a valid work permit 🪪

✅ Speak Deutsche/German to a good level - B2 minimum🗣️

Salary: Depends on experience
