REQUIREMENTS
Two years IT troubleshooting experience
A hunger to constantly learn and improve
A commitment to exceptional customer service
Frequent travel between in-state clients; occasional out of state work
PREFERENCES
Field experience with WiFi/cabling deployments
Basic network management experience
Printer installation and troubleshooting experience
Computer imaging experience including WDS
Ability to consistently terminate ethernet cable properly
Ability to cross connect wires on a 66 block
Active Directory Management Proficiency
Ability to setup and manage AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, etc
Experience deploying and managing firewalls, content filters, switches, and wireless access points
Basic PBX management experience
Technology-related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications
