As the Sr. Design Project Manager, you will represent AlfaTech as the Engineer of Record/Prime Consultant and provide a very high level of technical leadership and direction to the project team to ensure successful completion of projects. The candidate will represent the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, and other project team members. In this role, you will oversee the complete project team in the design of the building including in-house mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural lighting and technology systems as well as sub-consultant technical team members such as architects, structural and civil enginee

Essential Requir

  • ementsMinimum of ten (10) years of experience working on large-scale design and construction projects in a Project Management
  • role.Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on highly technical design and construction projects such as Mission Critical, Cleanroom, or Manufacturing in a Project Management
  • role.Experience working on hyperscale data center projects is highly desi
  • rable.Minimum of ten (10) to twenty (20) years of direct experience working with a design-build contractor or consulting engineering firm with significant experience in a team leadership
  • role.High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SharePoint, ACC and Pr
  • ocore.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent combination of work experience and relevant educ
  • ation.Professional Engineer (PE) License or Architectural (AIA) License pref
  • erred.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification pref

Salar

y RangeThis position can be hybrid or remote position depending on the candidates work location. If local, the anticipated working days in the office will be done at one of our Bay Area offices located in San Francisco or San Jose. The expected salary range is $150,000-$180,000. The final offer to our new team member will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not lmiited to length, breadth, and depth of experience within the job and the industry, education, etc. ATCE is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other


states.
