Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in client and external parties’ meetings, lead the architectural design process, providing vision, inspiration, and creative direction to the project team.
• Represents the technical authority of projects and a focal point of reference for all project team.
• Conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with the project's goals, client's vision, and functional requirements.
• Create initial sketches, diagrams, and renderings to illustrate design concepts.
• Participate in project planning and programming discussions to establish design criteria, project scope, and budget constraints
• Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Monitor project costs and manage design budgets effectively.
• Provide clear direction, set goals, and delegate tasks to team members while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Ensure effective project communication, coordination, and timely completion.
• Perform any other jobs as may be assigned by the superiors.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio of successful airport projects showcasing design leadership - ideally at recognized design firms.
• Proficiency in Rhino / Revit experience is a must.
• Experience in airport design is a must.
• Proficiency in architectural design software.
• Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility, with a track record of innovative design solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and design presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide and mentor design teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
