Position Summary: Responsible f or accuracy of data submission of Loss Mitigation Audit review

f or Selene Finance and communicating and directing the response for any audit findings..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the f ollowing. Other duties may be assigned.

• Supports Def ault Reporting Manager as subject matter expert (SME) f or all activities associated with servicing and reporting of FHLMC / FHLMC VPC loans, as well as all other government and agency programs and reporting requirements.
• Stays abreast of all FHLMC / FHLMC VPC requirements and maintains working knowledge of all key government agency requirements regarding monthly def ault reporting f or FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Assists with the handling of escalated, litigated, and other high priority FHLMC VPC requests.
• Assists Def ault Reporting Manager in identif ying and implementing process improvements to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Review’s pipeline reports and establishes internal controls and processes to reduce reporting inaccuracies.
• Oversees correction of reporting errors that impact perf ormance scorecards f or government and agency programs.
• Ensures all monthly reporting is accurate and timely and government agency inquiries are responded to promptly and accurately.
• Perf orm User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) – as required by the PMO
• Data review of investor loss mitigation solicitations to conf irm accuracy of data prior to letter generation.
• Perf orm submission/review/updating of policies, procedures, job aids, letters, marketing materials and f orms as assigned.
• Provides f eedback to business areas whose processes impact portf olio perf ormance to identif y and communicate key process def iciencies or errors .
• Collaborates with Bustiness Process Improvement Team (BPIT) as a subject matter expert on the
