Key responsibilities: Design and execute data-driven experiments (e.g., A/B tests, multivariate tests, quasi-experimental), introduce standardized test set-up and measurement methods to meet business objectives. Analyze & measure experiment results using causal inference methods (e.g. DID, PSM, synthetic control) to uncover insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Monitor and maintain dashboards that track the performance of experiments and key business metrics. Identify business opportunities through data-driven insights and develop high-impact analytical solutions. Independently explore data and create a structured analytical work plan to derive meaningful insights. Communicate analytical solutions and results through compelling narratives and visualizations, engaging stakeholders to drive informed business decisions. Work cross functionally with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders including business partners, engineers, and other data and analytics teams. Contribute to enhancing experimentation culture by educating stakeholders on test design, metrics, and results interpretation. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical or strategy consulting, or a related field. Demonstrated hands-on experience setting up in-market tests / campaigns, developing statistical measurement methodologies, and data visualizations. Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies. Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas) with 3+ years of professional experience. Strong statistical background with experience in experimental design and ROI analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail or consumer related field. Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and adapt to fluidity in the workplace. Understanding of advanced multi-armed bandit problem. Education: Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience required. Master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA is strongly preferred.
