Job Description:

• Design and optimise MongoDB document schema and indexing strategies
• Implement compound indexes, sharding, and replication for scalability
• Tune query performance for sub-250ms execution
• Develop schema validation rules and ensure consistency with Hackolade models
• Optimise MongoDB Change Streams for real-time event processing
• Monitor and fine-tune database performance and storage efficiency
• Implement security controls, including RBAC and encryption
• Ensure seamless integration between Kafka, Flink, and MongoDB
