Routine monitoring and operations of databases to guarantee smooth operation and take prompt actions to rectify any issues identified.
Resolve incidents/problems reported by end users, developers, application owners, and external parties working on different projects, that occurred in different systems in the scope.
Apply relevant patches into databases and migrate code changes into the production systems.
Prepare root cause analysis and issue log reports for resolved/reported incidents.
Prepare documents on routine maintenance operations of the databases and manage version control.
Maintain system architecture and other system specific documentation, prepare and maintain documents related to DR operations.
Qualifications

Having an Oracle Certified Professional Certificate / MySQL Database Admin Professional Certificate will be advantageous.
Minimum of 3+ years of post-qualifying industry experience in Oracle and MySQL database Administration.
Proficiency in Data Base Management Systems including Oracle & MySQL.
Knowledge in scripting, SQL, PLSQL.
A target driven individual with attention to details.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Should be a team player with good communication skills.
