Role Overview

We are seeking talented Senior Data Scientists with strong expertise in data analysis, decision support, and AI model development. You will work closely with business teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Staying updated with the latest trends in AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based architectures, is crucial to continually enhance capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models, including LLMs, in production
• environments.
• Design and implement agentic architectures for intelligent decision-making systems.
• Build, train, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Create and integrate custom tools with AI models to enhance functionality.
• Work with tools like LangChain and LangGraph to develop conversational AI
• applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and craft data-driven
• solutions.
• Design and create data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in AI and machine learning.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a relevant field.

Experience: 4 -7 years in data science, AI model development or related roles.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data cleaning, and machine learning
• techniques.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and deploying them for real-world applications.
• Knowledge of agent-based architectures and AI-driven decision-making systems.
• Software engineering and system design expertise.
• Experience integrating AI models into production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong background in optimizing AI models for efficiency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and other conversational AI tools.
