About the role

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Data Scientist to join our growing Data & Analytics team. You’ll work at the intersection of data, product, and strategy to uncover insights, build predictive models, and help shape key business decisions. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on customer engagement, marketing performance, and strategic growth initiatives. You’ll play a key part in leading and expanding the data science function as the business scales.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently with minimal direction. We're seeking a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative—someone who can proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth across the business and translate those into actionable data-driven solutions. You should be comfortable thinking beyond the numbers, connecting your work to broader strategic goals, and influencing decision-making through insight, foresight, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Data Science Road Map and help drive a data-first culture across the company as the business scales.
• Develop predictive models to optimise multiple business functions. (customer engagement, SEM performance)
• Maintenance of existing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Design and implement experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Work closely with Analysts, Marketing and Sales teams to embed data science solutions into Salesforce.
• Clean, analyse, and visualise large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
• Grow and maintain the BI function (Tableau) to monitor performance metrics.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Science or Machine Learning role, preferably in fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience using Supervised and Unsupervised Learning.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau and statistical analysis.
• Awareness of Generative AI technology.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Salesforce).
• Ability to clearly communicate data science concepts, implementations, and the business value of solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
