What do we expect you to bring?

• Build machine learning models for churn, cross-sell, and customer behavior.
• Develop customer segments to support targeted campaigns.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Translate model results into business insights and CRM actions.
• Monitor model performance and manage retraining pipelines.

How can you make an impact?

• 3–5 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Strong Python (Scikit-learn, Pandas) and SQL skills.
• Experience with ML lifecycle, feature engineering, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Strong communication and business understanding.
• Fluency in English
