As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be a core part of the product development team, working closely with engineers, AI Specialists, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy intelligent features powered by language models. You’ll bring both technical rigor and product intuition—translating business needs into robust AI-driven functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI features and systems using LLMs and SLMs to enhance product capabilities
• Design and optimize prompting strategies for model performance and reliability
• Fine-tune and evaluate transformer-based models using PyTorch
• Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to measure and improve AI product performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to bring ML models into production
• Analyze large datasets using NumPy, pandas, and other tools to derive insights that shape product decisions
• Stay current with advances in NLP, generative AI, and ML best practices; apply relevant techniques to solve user problems
• Contribute to codebase and model infrastructure, maintaining a high standard for reliability and scalability

About You:

• 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with a strong focus on building AI-powered products
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and small/efficient language models
• Expertise in prompt engineering and optimization techniques
• Deep proficiency in PyTorch, with solid skills in NumPy and pandas
• Familiar with ML model deployment, performance tuning, and versioning in production environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field (PhD a plus)
