Job Description
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Data Analytics Manager (BI/CRM).
Responsibilities
Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports to facilitate the business decision making process
Translate business challenges and opportunities into proposition for data analysis
Analyze business data and trend to alert management the business environment and segmental customers behavioral changes germane to business strategy
Lead analytical projects to support portfolio analysis, customer analysis performance tracking, churn analysis as well as profitability analysis of various products, channels and customer segmentation strategies
Develop and refine occasion bases modeling to help business units better understand our customers and industry trends
Participate in database development projects to enhance management information quality and productivity
Job Requirements
University degree in Statistics; Quantitative Analysis for Business; Master of Finance or other related disciplines
Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in business intelligence, customer analysis, customer segmentation, data segmentation or related fields
Solid experience in using analytics to drive business / marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendation
Practical experience of any CRM Package (Configuration, Customization)
With solid experience of event triggers, campaign process management, application of CRM solutions in the context of the customer life cycle management across multiple distribution channels
Experience in real-time lead decisioning/ large-scale CRM solution implementation is preferred
Experience of working with a wide range of data sets, including transactional, behavioral, web and research data
Experience in web analytics methodologies, such as experimentation, A/B testing, competitor and market analytics, online surveys, customer research etc. to optimize booth online and offline digital campaigns
Experience in using different web and social media analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc.)
Extensive experience in advanced analytics such as customer segmentation, predictive modelling, association analysis, time series analysis etc.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel for analysis and presentation of data and statistics
Deep intellectual curiosity and superior analytical skills with data mining and data modeling experience
Strong business senses, communication and presentation skills
Project management experience and attention to details
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
