Expectations and Tasks: Be a strategic business partner and consult the business when it comes to reporting and analytics. Understand business processes E2E and derive analytical demands in close collaboration with the business. Take in analytical demand, work on prioritization and value assessment to define analytics roadmap. Support technical teams with functional and technical decomposition to develop an implementation plan. Work on provisioning of analytical assets leveraging our SAP internal tools. Support ad-hoc analytical inquiries. Support SAP`s agile transformation by fostering agile mindset and implementing agile procedures within teams. Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Understand business processes and derive analytical demands in close collaboration with the business. Deliver high quality analytical solutions. Prioritize incoming demand based on value to define analytics roadmap. Drive provisioning of analytical assets leveraging our SAP internal tools. Continuous process & data Improvements. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise by driving smaller process/data improvements. Responsible for ad-hoc analytical inquiries, reports, meeting preparations, and concept developments. Education and Occupational Experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: Experience must involve three (3) years in the following: * Python and R programming languages; * Data Visualization tools including SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and Tableau; * Analyze data and conduct hypothesis testing through statistical analysis and modeling; * Database Management, including data extraction, manipulation, and cleansing processes; and * Develop and report business-critical data for Operations and Human Resources (HR) domains on SAP Analytics Cloud.
