We are on the lookout for a strong Data Architect with the following expertise.

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and Design Data Solutions: Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures using Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• ETL and Data Warehousing: Design and optimize ETL pipelines and data warehouse structures to support analytics and reporting.
• Cloud Data Platforms: Implement and manage Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Databricks for enterprise data management.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2.
• Data Modeling: Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support business intelligence and analytics.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize ETL processes, data storage, and query performance.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to define data requirements and strategy.
• Automation & Best Practices: Implement CI/CD for data pipelines, data lineage tracking, and metadata management.

Required Qualifications:

• Overall 10+ years of experience, atleast 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in ETL tools (Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Glue, dbt, etc.).
• Experience in cloud data warehousing with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS, Purview) or AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lake Formation).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformation.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data security best practices.
• Experience in performance tuning for large-scale data environments.
• Familiarity with big data processing (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
