About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our growing Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-impact Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, SQL, while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a senior consultant, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of BI solutions that help clients maximize the value of their data.

You will bring a combination of technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive solutions, mentor junior team members, and provide strategic insights for clients. You will also lead the data analytics initiatives and contribute to the continuous development and growth of Billigence’s analytics offering.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, and SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define analytics requirements, and develop customized BI solutions.
• Manage end-to-end BI solution delivery, from data collection and preparation to the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Utilize data modeling techniques to structure data and implement advanced analytics workflows.
• Prepare and present advanced predictive and prescriptive models to inform strategic business decisions.
• Lead the development of efficient data pipelines to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide coaching to help them advance in their technical skills and career growth.
• Provide training and support for business users to effectively leverage BI tools in making data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, constantly refining your skills and obtaining relevant certifications.
• Actively contribute to Billigence’s data analytics strategy by identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Alteryx and SQL to deliver actionable insights and develop scalable BI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline design.
• Expertise in SQL and experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on addressing complex data challenges.
• Experience leading projects and teams to deliver data-driven solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent soft skills, including strong communication and collaboration abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members, offering guidance in both technical and professional aspects.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
