Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who will leverage data science, data modeling, and data analytics expertise to support data-driven decisions across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing data models, and creating visualizations that provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in R or Python, experience in hypothesis-driven analysis, and a passion for improving conversion rates through data-informed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Data Modeling & Analytics:
Develop, maintain, and enhance data models to support various business functions.
Conduct exploratory data analysis using R or Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Perform hypothesis-driven analysis to inform conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Data Science & Statistical Analysis
Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to predict trends and drive strategic decisions.
Perform A/B testing, hypothesis generation, and multivariate testing to identify opportunities for optimization.
Build and validate predictive models to support customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
Data Visualization & Reporting
Create clear, compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Develop dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and data-driven insights.
Collaborate with business units to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis, modeling, and statistical testing.
Strong data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools).
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience
2-4 years in data analytics, data science, or a similar role, preferably in a data-driven marketing or CRO-focused environment.
Solid understanding of data modeling, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Skills
Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with CRO methodologies.

Familiarity with data architecture and ETL processes.
Qualifications
