We are recruiting for a full-time Senior Data Analyst position at one of our retail bank clients with head office in Gauteng. KEY REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, database management, and data manipulation Experience with large datasets and statistical and data modeling techniques In-depth knowledge of SQL and Power BI Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to manage and mentor junior analysts, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to solve complex business problems. Experience in a banking/financial environment advantageous SCOPE OF WORK: As a Senior Data Analyst you will be need to be comfortable with supervising and overseeing the quality of data analysis and interpretation to drive business decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. Strong communication skills is required to manage business relationships, extract requirements, manage a team and ensuring that the technical team understands and deliver to the business requirements. Experienced in implementing cutting-edge business intelligence solutions, including Databases, Data Warehouses, ETL packages, and Reports/Dashboard applications within the Financial and Insurance industries.
