Azooa is preparing its formal submission to the Department of Defence under RFQ NMP 6202, part of a major expansion of the Data and Analytics (D&A) Branch within the Data Division, Chief Data Integration Officer Group (CDIOG).
At the heart of this transformation is the One Defence Data Platform—a federated, cloud-native environment designed to support secure, scalable, and decentralised data analytics across Australia’s Defence ecosystem.
We are seeking expressions of interest from Data Analysts with the technical fluency, analytical acumen, and stakeholder maturity to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and data storytelling for one of the Commonwealth’s most critical digital investments.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-assurance delivery across operational, strategic, and mission-aligned analytics programs—while working alongside some of the country’s leading Defence technologists, engineers, and analysts.

- 📈 Create self-service templates and curated data products for reuse across Defence services
- 🔍 Conduct root cause analysis, variance analysis, and time-series analysis to support scenario modelling
- 🔗 Support onboarding of new data domains and users by building visual prototypes and publishing assets to Defence environments
- 📘 Document report logic, calculations, lineage, and classification handling per ISM/PSPF standards
- 🤝 Partner with delivery leads, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure dashboards align with data mesh and federation models
- 🧠 Support uplift of Defence data literacy through documentation, training sessions, and usage analytics
