About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Data Modernization and Gen AI-driven automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining data requirements, performing in-depth analysis, and validating end-to-end solutions with a focus on security, automation, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, IAM teams, and engineering to understand and gather comprehensive data requirements
• Perform deep data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization in IAM workflows
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze large volumes of structured data across systems
• Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to validate the transformation logic and data quality in the new IAM data platforms
• Support the integration of Gen AI automation initiatives, such as entitlement intelligence, pattern detection, and identity behavior analysis
• Assist in building clear documentation, data dictionaries, and lineage mapping for all IAM data assets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in security, IAM, or enterprise IT environments
• Strong command of SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Proven ability to document and communicate data requirements effectively
• Experience with UAT planning and execution in data or IAM projects
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and understanding of modern data pipelines is a plus
• Familiarity or interest in Gen AI and automation use cases within enterprise security is a strong advantage
